"In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing" ...Teddy Roosevelt
I am 47 year old resident of Hampstead for 16 years where I moved to raise my family back in 1992. I was born in Lowell Massachusetts and grew up in Lowell and Chelmsford where I enjoyed many activities including track, skiing and motorcycling. Golfing I eventually took up and luckily I like the game enough to keep going back, despite my score! I have two wonderful children, a son age 11 and a daughter age 12, who are the apples of my eyes. I am a very involved father and try to balance my role as a parent and a friend to my children. Like many parents, I balance protecting them while allowing them to learn on their own in our ever changing society by exposing them to their environment and life in New Hampshire.

I am a graduate of the University of Lowell, 1984 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have built my career for over 20 years in manufacturing related high-tech companies including commercial and military electronics and medical devices. My specialty has been in quality management, auditing and program management where I have been trained to gather objective evidence to support logical decision making and to drive for root cause investigation in order to implement effective corrective actions. I believe that these skills will serve me well as your representative in the coming years.

As a business professional in a customer focused role, my personal goal is learning more about the people around me every day. I try to balance listening and learning with speaking and properly communicating. The optimal mix of which I strive to better understand every day. My role models and my parents have perfected this mix and for them, I owe much thanks.

Throughout my family and professional life, I never thought that I would be running for public office. Over the years however, I have learned more and more of the day to day operations of our states government. I have learned about the influences that affect decision making and the integrity that we are promoting here in New Hampshire. I believe that some systemic problems have us pointed down a path that warrants a better look by our citizens. I intend to continue to listen to our citizens, to help increase public awareness of the current activities of our government and help promote more involvement by the people in the government of our great state. By doing this, I am confident that a better environment will result for you, for me, and for most of all, our children, the future leaders of New Hampshire.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my constituents in Rockingham County, District 8, and encourage you to contact me and share your thoughts and concerns.

Best Regards and "Live Free or Die"
